POS Features Designed for Restaurants
Generic POS systems force restaurants to work around limitations. Our kit is built specifically for food service operations.
Table Management
Visual floor plan shows table status in real-time -- available (green), occupied (blue), reserved (yellow), needs cleaning (red). Drag tables to rearrange the layout. Merge tables for large parties. Table timers show how long each party has been seated. Reservation system with time slots and party size.
Order Taking
Waitstaff select a table, browse the menu by category, add items with modifiers (extra cheese, no onions, spice level), and send orders to the kitchen. Coursing support lets you fire appetizers, mains, and desserts at different times. Special instructions attach to individual items. Order editing after submission with kitchen notification.
Kitchen Display System
Kitchen staff see incoming orders on a display screen organized by table and coursing. Mark items as preparing, ready, or served. Color-coded timers show orders approaching or exceeding target prep times. The display automatically bumps completed orders and surfaces the next ones. No more lost paper tickets.
Menu Management
Create categories, items, modifiers, and combo meals from the admin panel. Set prices, upload images, mark items as available or sold out (reflects instantly on order screens), and configure item-level taxes. Seasonal menus and daily specials are easy to set up and schedule.
