Digital Products Policy

Due to the nature of digital content:

• No cancellations once payment is processed
• Refunds considered only in exceptional circumstances
• Refund requests must be made within 24 hours of purchase

Eligibility for Refunds

Refunds may be considered if:

• Project files are undelivered due to technical issues
• There's a clear mismatch between advertised and delivered product
• Duplicate payment occurs
