Full-Stack Projects by Technology Stack
Picking the right tech stack matters for your project's success. Here's what we offer across different stack combinations.
React + Django (Python Full-Stack)
This is our most popular full-stack combination. Django handles the backend with REST APIs through Django REST Framework, JWT authentication, and PostgreSQL. React handles the frontend with Redux Toolkit for state management. Projects include e-commerce platforms, project management tools, and content management systems. CORS is pre-configured, and the README explains how to run both servers together.
MERN Stack (MongoDB, Express, React, Node.js)
MERN projects are fully JavaScript — frontend and backend share the language. Express APIs use Mongoose for MongoDB operations. React frontends use Context API or Redux. Projects cover social media clones, booking systems, and real-time collaboration tools. Some include Socket.io for live features.
Next.js Full-Stack
Next.js projects combine frontend and backend in one framework. API routes handle server-side logic, Prisma or Drizzle manage the database, and NextAuth handles authentication. These are the cleanest full-stack implementations because everything lives in one repo with one deployment.
What Makes a Good Full-Stack Project
The best full-stack projects demonstrate four things: proper API design (RESTful endpoints with consistent error handling), state management (client-side state synced with server data), authentication flow (login, registration, protected routes), and database design (normalized schemas with proper relationships). Every project in our collection covers all four.
