Digital Products Policy
Due to the nature of digital content:
- No cancellations once payment is processed
- Refunds considered only in exceptional circumstances
- Refund requests must be made within 24 hours of purchase
Eligibility for Refunds
Refunds may be considered if:
- Project files are undelivered due to technical issues
- There's a clear mismatch between advertised and delivered product
- Duplicate payment occurs
